Delta Home in Progress

This large 3 level home was designed for a wonderful family already residing in our lovely community of Tsawwassen. With a large attached garage and ample living space, this home will allow the owners to raise their family in the community they love into the foreseeable future. Design of this house was complex and included coordination with surveyor, arborist, structural engineer, geotechnical engineer and an Energy Consultant. Careful consideration of the slope on the property was required given the property falls in the Steep slope Development permit area. Coordination of consultants and application and approval of Development and Building permit were all done by SGDI. The house is being built by Larry Clay and the team from Clay Construction, a well respected and quality builder. We are expecting to meet Step Code 5 in energy efficiency for this home, exceeding the minimum requirements of Step 3 required by City of Delta.
