NetZero Nest
This custom home, built with energy efficiency in mind, has set the standards for new homes in Burnaby. This solar-power-ready home with high ceilings and large windows exceeded expectations, placing finalist in the 2022 HAVAN Awards for Best Custom Home and Best Energy Labelled Home. The traditional style offers an open-plan concept with a clean look and brilliant sunlight throughout. In the kitchen there are statement hanging lights that brighten up the area and pull attention to the white millwork, and dark hardwood flooring, that flows throughout the entire home. Movie nights in have never been easier with a home theatre, fantastic for entertaining. With the luxurious patio seated perfectly under the arched cover, created by an extension of the home's roof, sunny days outside are a staple.
