Break In, Build Out
The beautiful property was chosen for its quaint location and proximity to an equestrian center, but its small dated house needed expansion to be suited to its new family. Renovation design requested a functional, modern, open home reflecting personal style. The resulting design is a transitional style with a sophisticated country influence. The cape cod exterior update and the large high-end chef’s kitchen are the owner’s pride and joy! The home’s open concept and comfortable connections to outdoors give an aging in place option, and make the home appropriate for generational family dwelling.
