Spectacular hillside custom home with a view that stretches up over the Kamloops hillside and down into the Thompson River valley. The house possesses an immense presence from the streetside; straight modern angles, flat roof lines, and creamy neutral exterior materials offer a luxurious welcoming approach. Inside a floating stringer staircase connects the 3-stories, intersected by strands of bocce pendants, the functional elements present as a structural art installation. Modern flat panel millwork throughout the home lends an elevated finish to the simple clean interior.
