Game Time Greatroom
The transformation of this Delta home leaves it nearly unrecognizable and certainly greatly improved from its starting state. The original home was a 1970s bungalow untouched from its original plan and what can barely be referred to as ‘design’. Seeing its potential, the new owner expressed to create a massive open concept great room with zones of entertainment. The resulting space we endearingly refer to as ‘Game Time Greatroom’ for its masculine sporting venue vibe. The great open space incorporates the kitchen, dining table perfect for game day snack spreads, and TWO television seating areas complete with their complimentary fireplaces. A perfect place with space to host all the boys!
